It’s leg day and we are targeting the legs and booty with no equipment! That’s right no weights needed for this sweat sesh, we are performing body-weight exercises that will help with strength and toning and will set that lower body on fire!! You can always add ankle weights or a band if you want some added resistance. Just press play and follow along!
