Is it true to repeat these exercises 2-3x a week for 3 weeks to see results? I do upper body 2x a week and lower body 2x a week with cardio in between. I hope this information is correct, I would great appreciate your input 😊

I 110% did not expect to be dripping in sweat after this but here we are. I'm a cardio bunny but the no rests in this made me feel the burn, tysm!
