Nice picks you have but personally for some of them I find hard to isolate my back from my shoulders so just the back would work… Im always with an eye at the mirror to keep a good body position and changed the bands and for some of the exercises I just can't isolate good enough my back from my shoulders…any advices please?Thanks and keep up the great work

Thank you, I'm stuck at home with this damn quarantine and while I always used bands every workout to activate glutes I just couldn't figure out what to do for back apart from rows.

I really enjoyed this "10 Best" video for back exercises and the one for chest exercises… I was wondering if there are any more of these videos for other body areas such as legs, shoulders, biceps, triceps, etc.
Cool. Its probably obvious but you can also grab lower on the bands to increase tension. Mine do not have handles for example.
