Hi, Ultrasound showed that i have a small tear in my supraspinatus, Is it safe to do these exercises. I have done it a couple of times and i feel tension in the side of my neck and a bit of soreness on my right shoulder joint. but no real pain.should i stop or continue?

Dr Jo Recently had shoulder replacement surgery, I also have a detached collarbone. Ive been getting pain at the point of my shoulder since the surgery and it wont go away even through my therapy has gone extremely well I shoot archery and can t hold the bow up steady and the pain is intense Any suggestions?

I had my arm in a sling for 7 weeks ( broken clavicle) but my shoulder muscles ARE SO SORE once out of sling .. how long if rehab do you think to get the strength back
