Thank you for joining me for this full body workout that incorporates exercises for both strength and balance! This video is perfect for active seniors, those with osteoporosis and beginners.
I will take you through 10 compound movements that work all areas of the body.
I’m using 5 pound hand weights for the strength exercises. Slightly lighter or heavier is fine.
As always please go at your own pace and make sure you are comfortable with the movements before adding the balance challenge.

Love your outfit…color of your top is very fresh and the bottoms are so eye catching and fun. This was a great workout. My favorite was towards the end where hinging forward and extending the leg back and no holding on. Im pretty good at this one because I'm practicing arabesque in skating. Feels good when all that hard work pays off.

The only suggestion I have is that you reduce the speed of your movements because they are not truly adapted to people over 70.
