Very nice workout! I'm an absolute beginner and have only been cycling on my hometrainer before. I had to take a break 6 minutes in for about two minutes but other than that it was really nice and fun! I don't feel absolutely broken like I felt after doing Pamela Reif's beginner workout and I think I'll be able to do this one more often due to little to no sore muscles after.

I've been wanting to get more muscle for a while, this workout will definitely help me take my first steps!! Thank you so much for uploading this 💕✌

Well, you'd say what the hell are you doing in the comment section, you're a guy. Well just wanted to say that it's mentioned "full body" but all exercices are leg based and abs. No push-ups (on the knees for exemple), no V-squeezes, no arm exercices. Just a little remark hhh
Other than this, good workout for beginners 👍

I am going to try this workout!!☺I am a 35 year old homeschooling mama of 3 and have really been putting myself on hold for so many years! I'm a little nervous as I definitely have more pain these days and may have (soon to be confirmed) lupus which really effects my muscle pain and joints and various systemic issues. I can tell this is more than beginner level for someone in my boat but I'm going to try my best. I feel like despite warnings to stop if pain is felt may not apply to me as I naturally am in pain anyways with my conditions so I'm going to do the max possible without complaint and seehow I feel in a week or two☺☺!! All my goals are for now is to be able to maintain this workout and continue it until it feels "easy" and any accompanying benefits will be noted and appreciated😄😄. Thank you for providing this video!!

I’m so unmotivated. I don’t have the willpower. I did 10 minutes of a workout and died and thought i could do this instead. But I get so out of breath so quickly and my chest hurts and my body burns
