I have been doing this kind of workouts all quarintine and NOTHING WORKS the only thing im getting is more thighs and I really don't want that… You should really go to a gym instead. Internet is just a lie
I’ve been doing this workout for 4 days now and have decided I should update every day: So far the first 4 days were pretty hard, my thighs and butt burn but I’ve honestly seen a little bit of a difference!!
