Well this wasn't a chest workout, more like a quick full upper body slightly favoured for chest.

I’m gutted, I actually can’t do this routine… I’m just too weak. After the first exercise I can’t do anymore. And my push ups don’t even feel right either, I can’t go all the way down, I’m barely bending my arms.

I’m 14 and trying to chase my dream to become a pro motocross racer and that requires to become fit. I’m a pretty chubby kid and only started motocross a year ago and I’ve been practicing as much as I can to be better. I never really had any support from anybody and no one cared about my dream because they think it’s not possible. I was tired of being out of shape and people thinking I have no chance because I started at a late age to be a pro racer. I’m came here to prove them wrong to get fit and faster. These vids are helping a ton and I’m so determined to achieve my dream. Keep up the vids they help a ton. (This is my first week by the way so wish me luck😁🤙)
