🌴🌺Great back workout!!! This video is 2 years old but love it so much!! You really know how to target the back which is my oat problem area!!!
1st time doing a back workout. was great. didn't use any weight and just practiced the form and making sure i'm squeezing the right muscles and it still felt hard (in a good way). hope to build to weights soon. would love to see more back specific workouts so i can improve my posture.
