Okay so I’ve been doing this workout for about a month now and it’s actually working. At first I thought that it’s worthless because it didn’t show any results but I didn’t give up. I’ve noticed a change after 2-3 weeks and tbh I never like stopped eating snacks and all but I had to balance it ofc. Just wanted to tell you guys to not give up and to keep on doing it you’ll be happy with the results just like me rn.

I did this in 2 months
But trust me, u don’t need 2 months to see the results
With me I can feel the result only after few days
I reduced my size from 86 to 84
With me 2 centimeters is a lotttttt
All my friends tell me my back is really smaller
