Good workout but I noticed your "Next" description does not match the exercise you are actually doing.
Hi I love your content allot but are you able to mabey make the brakes a bit longer it's a bit hard getting from one position to a nother in only 3 seconds and to follow exactly what you are you doing I almost got hurt because I have no idea what you are going to be doing in the first half and I always have to skip back

At this time I can not join a gym to exercise legs… so did this workout… so of, lol.
Wondering about sumo squat. In this video she leads us to incline our body angle but not to open the feet angle apart, but on some other ones is the opposite. Either way a great workout, thanks.
