I like your workouts but I can’t do some of the exercises because I had acl , meniscus and ankle surgery so I can’t apply too much to my right leg because that’s the one I had all these surgeries on lol, also if you do leg workouts can you take out the lunges or something I can’t do them for shit 😂 could you do a modified leg strengthening video for people like me who are trying to regain some strength back? Since the gyms are shut down in philly I only have access to 2lb dumbbells in my house and some resistance bands
