•Day 1 (16.09.21) || Followed a 5 minute warm up routine, then did a flexibility workout. I could only complete the first half of the video, but still proud of myself

going to try this workout, i’m 5’10 and quite skinny so i want to grow my thighs 🙂

day 1: the jumps HURT and the pulse squats omg. completed

day 2: rest day

day3: my thighs are really burning and i’m really out of breath xox

day4: thighs are burning, getting slightly better but still can’t jump on the lunges :/

day5: rest

day6: forgot today :/

the halfway squat had me looking so silly. falling forwards than backwards. X) you dont really get much time to recover with that exercise. its brilliant

OK OK OKKKKKKK imma try this because i quit the last workout i was doing- imma do this for like 12-14 days😭STARTING TODAYY
day 1: oh my gawwwddddd so rn i’m breathing so hard, my knees and thighs were burning a lot thru this, i kept falling during the low squats and i couldn’t finish the lunge jumps😭but other than that i finished it, imma make sure to do it tomorrow !!
