i have been feeling really isolated during this quarentine and have decided to work out. your videos are the best and easy to follow! i can akready see my bicebs and shoulders getting bigger after doing this video once a day
You should never workout with dumbbells bare feet. Dangerous !

I just finished this workout & enjoyed it very much. I had been fighting an illness for almost 2 years. I am on the rebound & this was the perfect beginning for me. Using 5lb weights
