I know your talking in between intense workouts, but might I suggest a few deep breaths to regain your breathing first. Good to show the audience how to fix hyperventilating, in my humble opinion.
4 SUPERSETS W/ 20 SECONDS BREAK BETWEEN AS FOLLOWED:
1. Tricep extensions (15 ) & Diamond Push ups ( 20 )
2. Bench Dip ( 15 ) & Pseudo Push up ( 15 )
3. Skull crusher ( 15 ) & Archer Push up ( 10 ) each side.
4. Elevated Pike Push up ( 12 ) & Tricep extension knee to elbow ( 12 )
3 Rounds.
