10 Minute abs workout to tighten up those love handles. In this core workout we are oblique focused so we can strengthen those love handle muscles. At 10 minutes in length its perfect as a finisher or warm up routine. If you’re looking for more do it twice or pick two abs workout videos and do them both.

WORKOUT OVERVIEW:
• 6 Exercises
• 2 sets // 1 set of 6 exercises performed 2 times
• 30 sec on // 15 sec off // 60 sec extended break
• you will need resistance bands or dumbbells for the final two exercises.

Exercises Performed:
1. Crunches
2. Side Plank Crunches (L)
3. Side Plank Crunches (R)
4. Leg Lift To Toe Touch
5. Standing Side Bends (L) – Band or DB Needed
6. Standing Side Bends (R) – Band or DB Needed
