Lateral lunges and push-ups are the hardest workouts for me 😫 I just cant stop falling over but I'm great at squats just cant do them fast my asthma is that bad😭
I did this in full my first try but I definitely gonna keep doing this weekly and add in extra effort if it gets too easy
