Let’s stretch it out and focus on using the resistance of your band to do the work for your muscles! Grab a band, a towel, or any type of band that can assist your stretches. If you don’t have one I have linked mine below! Take your time and make sure to continue the stretch if you have time!

This was supper helpful. I'm not flexible at all, and it's one of my biggest goals. Just purchased a set of resistance bands and hoping to see results in my flexibility within the next 60 days.
