You need Abs like Juice to do this workout! LOL The only exercise I could do successfully was the Russian Twist. I need to find a core workout for people with no Abs. All that being said, great workout (to watch while eating popcorn).

I've been working out religiously for a year and have good core strength, but I struggle to feel ab workouts after the first 20 minutes. I did 50 mins before doing this as a burnout and I didn't feel any burn in my abs, what am I doing wrong? Or is that normal?
