This is my third time doing this and compared to other trainers videos, this one actually works my muscles. I'm 66 but did work out in the gym doing leg presses of 135 lb and the whole circuit of free weights and benches. I'm going crazy, with this lock down. I'll watch more of yours. I feel the burn!
