Man, this felt like a cardio workout afterwords cause my heart was pounding. So much so that it reminds me of my old high school wrestling crossfit warmups. I'm tired
I do this or 20 min workout by BullyJuice and then do high intensity abs by RipRight to kill it completely 😬

Been doing this for a month, a few times a week. When I started, I kid you not, I couldn’t even do 3 push-ups 😆. I’m up to 20 now and can totally see results. I’ve also incorporated your other dumbbell routine right after.

Come on man. I am having serious pain in my left chest with shortness of breath after doing this exercise. Never tried push ups before..anyone got the same problem?any solutions.
