Can I do entire exercise at one time or should I do each exercise different days .. or skip two days and then do entire sets again

Should treat these the same as dumbbells. 20 reps is too many, it's not about maxing out, or seeing how many you can do. It is universally accepted that 12 reps is the sweet spot, except on your last set.
