Love this back problems guideline, "Bαkοnοz Kοnο" (Google it)! I had been a bit unsure but tried it yesterday and woke up with a more relaxed back. I actually advised this informative guide to my mom and dad because of the great results I discovered. They really like the plan also. The perfect remedy for back discomfort.. .

Ellice Estrada says:

Hello. I hurt my back moving furniture 4-5 months ago. I’ve been going to the chiropractor off and on for the problem, my chiropractor is very old fashioned, he hasn’t taken any x rays or really told me what’s going on. I moved some furniture 1 month after my initial injury because I was feeling better and I threw it out just as bad as the first time. It’s steadily getting better it seems… I am experiencing pain that shoots down my leg sometimes. It’s in my siotica primarily on my right side. Today it was hurting on the other siotica. I’m not sure how to fix the issue, I’m in my 20s so I hope it won’t be life long. I’ve never thrown my back out before so I’m not sure if this is a typical healing period … Do you think I should see a different doctor and get a second opinion?

Nikhilesh Acharya says:

While having a herniated disc is it safe to pull our knees to our chest cause in this exercise we almost bend our back to a semicircle
