I have constant low back pain as well as stiffness. I was searching for many alternatives and also tried them all but did not find any good results. Having said that, this back discomfort guide known as “Bαkοnοz Kοnο” (Google it) have been an exception. I personally achieved much comfort and ease because of it. Hello. I hurt my back moving furniture 4-5 months ago. I’ve been going to the chiropractor off and on for the problem, my chiropractor is very old fashioned, he hasn’t taken any x rays or really told me what’s going on. I moved some furniture 1 month after my initial injury because I was feeling better and I threw it out just as bad as the first time. It’s steadily getting better it seems… I am experiencing pain that shoots down my leg sometimes. It’s in my siotica primarily on my right side. Today it was hurting on the other siotica. I’m not sure how to fix the issue, I’m in my 20s so I hope it won’t be life long. I’ve never thrown my back out before so I’m not sure if this is a typical healing period … Do you think I should see a different doctor and get a second opinion?
