These exercises are really effective to lose weight because they get your heart rate up and make you burn serious calories, which makes you burn more fat! If you are just staring to workout or are getting back into it, it’s important to do it safely, which is why I focused on low impact exercises for this video and all of my beginner workouts.
I like to work on my cardio around 4-5 times a week so that I see real differences. In only 12 min, the fat burning can be really amazing if you perform these low impact exercises well and do your best during this home workout. Remember that it’s also super important to eat well, drink lots of water and eat the right portions to lose weight.
