I’m a paramedic and struggling to find ways to get to get a decent workout in while on shift and sometimes just way to exhausted after shift to really get into my gym. This workout is killer. I use this workout and combined with a lower body workout the next day, has really helped a lot. Thanks for the vid!

I agree with others about your need to express the shredded mo-fo stuff is a bit excessive and it would be nice to have a straight through routine; however, I offer these two things.

First, Thanks for putting the content out there for folks to discover. God bless you for that.

Second, I will commit to a 30-day run at this routine. I will keep track and give updates on my progress as it pertains to muscle size, speed, and endurance results from applying the routine to my life.
