This abs workout is a challenge!! It will focus on the upper and lower abs for 15 minutes with about 5 seconds rest between each exercise so becomes very tough!!
This ab workout can be done anywhere… all you need is a mat and some determination!
Try to relax, hug knees in at any point needed and if you see me stop for a second, that doesn’t mean you should!! 😉
We will focus on upper abs with the first 4 exercises and we repeat this. Then onto lower abs, again repeating this set. And to finish is upper and lower combined movements where we repeat this also!

PULSE CRUNCH
TABLETOP CRUNCH HANDS CLASP
TABLETOP CRUNCH ARM PULSE X 5
TUCK TO LEG OPENER
TOE TAP TO HOLLOW
LEG LOWER TO ALTERNATING 3 POINT TAP
TABLE TOP ALTERNATING EXTENSION
STRAIGHT LEG TOE REACH TO HOLLOW
OPPOSITE HAND TO FOOT TO HOLLOW
Of course, as with all ab and core exercises, modify as you normally would! I’m particular, the lower ab section simply bent at knee, perform single leg lowers, or only lower to where you are comfortable!

I would be very interested in how often and how intensively you train yourself and which workouts you do for yourself.
Many people have wrong expectations about how and when you reach which fitness or figure goals. And some "fitness influencers" unfortunately also contribute to these false expectations.
You have a great physique. I'm not a fitness expert at all, but I guess you can't do that with 15 minutes of workouts a day. Especially as a woman you don't build up muscles that easily and you have very(!) defined muscles. I suppose you often train with heavy weights?
I would therefore be interested in an honest(!) video about your own training and how you keep your shape. What else do you pay attention to? Nutrition?

Hello, what is the difference between this firm abs workout, 15min complete abs, and the 10min intense lower abs workouts? I'm trying to choose which one I should be doing. So many awesome choices. Thank you Caroline I did this ABS workout as part of my workout today and I enjoyed doing it it’s so intense but same time it’s targeting the abs muscles I like that it’s slow and you take time to breath to make sure to execute the exercises properly as this is the best way to target the abs pay attention to the form is better than doing so many useless reps .
