The 15 minute HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 40s and followed by 20s rest. It’s a circuit of 5 exercises, repeated 4 times!

1. Squat to opposite toe taps
2. Chameleon sit backs with tap
3. Lateral kneel to squat
4. Travelling bears to kick sits
5. Curtsey lunge switches

x3 or as many rounds as you like!

Cool down for 5-10mins with some light stretching (:

Natacha, I initially found the work out pretty doable, maybe not going out full steam as I was trying to figure out the moves (and not crash into furniture), but still got a bit of sweat on. Definitely was not cursing your name under my breath though. But 2 days later, damn I feel it now! Thanks for having creative movements and not just the same ones, keep it much more interesting! Also would love a more intense stretching video or even just one on what you were doing for such things as straddle splits and more gymnastic flexibility, and maybe something focusing on upper body/core. Thanks so much for putting these out!
