Thank-you so much- I find the video perfect for me: Very easy to follow, I like the instructor's voice as she is not yelling or instructing us in a loud tone….it is great thank-you. I hate it when work out videos become like a drill instructor or someone in an overly enthusiastic voice…it makes me distracted and not just focused on the physical moves i'm doing.
