Nothing but the triceps here! 15 minutes perfect as a finisher to any chest workout or simply on its own as a quick yet intense workout to strengthen the triceps!

For this workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair of dips and your mat!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 8kg each!

The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest.

Every set is different with variations of well know isolation exercises!

I tried this workout about a month ago, somewhere in the middle of EPIC I. I didn't comment back then but I remember not being able to pull it off. Those trucep push ups, that slow diamond press… They seemed impossible at the time! Today I came back to it. The evolution is at plain sight and it feels great!!! 💪Triceps are really my weekest muscles and I've been challenging them more often, whether with more workouts ou higher weights. There is still room for improvement, of course; I'll definitely get back to this some time from now and hopefully progress will be even more noticeable!
