- Jack Knives 30 seconds x 2
- Jack Knives 30 seconds x 2 (other side)
- Flutter Kicks 45 seconds
- Hold -
- Spidermans 30 seconds (on Bosu ball)
- Mountainclimbers 30 seconds
- Side Plank 30 seconds + pulse 30 seconds
- Side Plank 30 seconds + pulse 30 seconds(other side)

This workout is actually so good. I'm one of those people that doesn't have a big belly but doesn't have Romee's toned one so I was looking for an ab workout that could help me get a glow-up during the quarantine. I'm happy to say that I saw results a few hours after I did the workout!

Plank is not good for lower back pain.
I am gonna do this for a week or more (idk),I don't want to lose weight, but I want my body to be in tonus .
