15 min AB workout – For this workout you need a Matt and/or a Bosu ball


– Plank 60 seconds
– Jack Knives 30 seconds x 2
– Jack Knives 30 seconds x 2 (other side)
– Flutter Kicks 45 seconds
– Hold –
– Spidermans 30 seconds (on Bosu ball)
– Mountainclimbers 30 seconds
– Side Plank 30 seconds + pulse 30 seconds
– Side Plank 30 seconds + pulse 30 seconds(other side)
