It is all about the chest and triceps as we build and strengthen in only 15 minutes! This upper body workout combines exercises that effectively target your chest and triceps muscles to help you get stronger!
The only equipment you will need for this workout is your dumbbells!
To make the most of this workout, focus on good form, go at your own pace, take extra recovery when needed, and of course go heavy enough!

Goodness gracious! So, I did this with the biceps&back FFY15 on Monday. It’s Thursday & I’m still feeling it in my lower ribs… what muscle is that?? My best guess is I worked I muscle I haven’t moved before doing the dead bug press – those were definitely challenging! Love, love, love strength. Thank you!!!
