The 15 minute HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 30s and followed by 30s rest. It’s a circuit, so we complete Move 1, Move 2, Move 3, Move 4, Move 5 and then repeat.

1. Pivot squats
2. Opposite toe touches
3. Jack to narrow jump
4. Down dog to kick back
5. Kneel to squat with knee drive

This motivated me to start my weight loss journey. I’ve been really insecure with my body for around 4 years now. I am 14 years old, I’m 5’1 and I weigh around 113-116 pounds. I am planning on doing this every other day or atleast three days a week. I want to lose anywhere from 5-10 pounds or until I become a little more confident. I did the first round and i was done with life but i took a 2 minute break and did the second round and then another 2 minute break and did the third round because it’s better than doing nothing at all. Just remember that she is fit and that’s Why she can do them so Fast so do as much as u can and you’ll see improvement in your stamina and your body. Good Luck y’all (good Luck to me too😅)

I’m going to track my progress on here for any of you who care. I will also be doing this every other day so I’ll only be writing on odd days.

Day 1: I weighted 144.4 lbs and I’m 5’1. I sweat loads and continued to sweat after I was done. Also it went by really quick. And I really felt it in my thighs during round 3. 🙂

Day 3: I weighted 144.6 lbs and I’m 5’1. I started to sweat during the 2nd round but I felt sore from day 1 during the first round. Also it went by really quick again. It got a tiny bit easier some how. Maybe I was a little more motivated idk. Also I’m not dieting. 🙂

It’s crazy how your body can improve without you really noticing. I did this workout a couple months ago and it was really hard. I stopped and recently started working out again. I did it again and omg I could actually match her speed and I felt like I wanted more!!! I’m on a journey to get to 17 percent bf (currently 18.6%) hoping and praying I get there soon!!!
