Hi there, I have been doing this video 3 times a week for about 4 months and have definitely noticed less fat on my body and my legs are getting way more shape. I have noticed that my tummy hasn’t changed as much as I would like. Is there some additional exercises you would recommend or should I just mix it up with different videos. I am 44 years of age.
