4 24 20. I will be 65 in 3 months. usually do the much harder and longer hasfit routines but today I wanted something quicker and low impact (probably because I showered earlier) and didn't want to mess up my clothes…joke…harder more intense workout next week. GBU

Just found this since I can't go to the gym anymore. Coach h is fantastic. I wish you would do more videos for we older folks. I'm in my 50s but still consider myself older and still want to work out and this is fantastic. So glad he's here I really like his style He's very relaxed comfortable reassuring and easy to listen to as opposed to some trainers that is so shrill and intense that it's very difficult to even complete the exercises. Great job.
