I love this stretch routine but gah you never showed us how to get out of that pretzel shape at the end with the band hahah!!! Had a 5 second panic that i wouldn't ever get out of that one >.< phew!!! now to try part 2 woohooo i actually love ALL of your vids, I keep thinking, i'm too flexible for yoga (hypermobile) and have been advised to stick to pilates, but you make me want to do yoga flows with you!!! <3 new subbie for lyfe wahoo! xxx
