I’m considering buying the boost band but are you sure it’s really hard to break? I want to use it for my clients but I’m sick of bands breaking on me
How does the booty band make these exercises more challenging? For example, the glute bridge? Is it the isometric tension of holding the band stretched between the thighs?

I have to ask, was it hard to accept or get used to Kiwi after your other dog passed? Do you find yourself comparing? I am hesitating getting another doxy after my boy passed this last January but the void of not having my little creature is big.
