Thanks Maddie! I loved this workout. The only change I recommend is to find a different entry point for the wallsit to avoid the immediate stop of movements after the calisthenics portion. Otherwise, well designed workout!

I now know why we do warm ups. This was my first visit to this workout but not the last. I need a bit more practice on certain things! The backward lunges on my right leg not so good because of my knee and the side sit ups as well, which I didn't get right on one side.
