This was helpful, but the ads smack in the middle took me out of my rhythm. Having ads at the beginning and the end would be best. Can we get Full Body/No Equipment//Very Minimal Jumping workouts that last 30 mins or even 45, with last 15 mins being cooldown/stretches?
