This video is awesome! I’m trying to get back into the swing of working out and this totally is going to help. It’s a bit challenging but I like it, and I’m excited to continue doing it to the point that it becomes a little easier 😄

I found these workouts during Covid lockdowns. I love the format, the timer (yes!) and the division into body parts. Challenging and fun! The explanations in the 10 min AB video are great too. Thank you for making these.

I performed the "break" exercise flawlessly. I even extended it for 5 mins since I'm such a badass 😂
I dont always follow the exact move. I do what I can. And I sweat like crazy. That's all matter. This is not easy at all but bearable. 😀
