I came to this video yesterday really lacking motivation – hadn't really exercised in about eight months – but still completed it. But hey, I came back this morning and did it again! I love that it's not too noisy and it feels like you can really push yourself without having pressure to 'beat yourself up'. I did the first circuit… yesterday! And oh my God I am feeling sore in places I never have before! 😭😬 I started a new fit lifestyle about two weeks ago where I am changing my diet and actually working out and I am having such a hard time getting past the soreness to actually be able to work out consistently. 😭 I try to do yoga on the days that I'm feeling very sore. But even that is difficult. How do I get past this?!! Also I took about a 2 to 3 year break from working out so this definitely is not helping! I am so so out of shape!
