Love it! Thank you! The varying levels is awesome. I have been very active and modified lots of workouts for myself but finally needed a guided workout designed for pregnancy. So glad for the balance of "advanced" type options as well as reminders that right now it's about simply staying healthy (not getting stronger), and that slowing down is great too.
