Ive tried doing this for 21 days straight..one day rest in a week.. but there's no result at all.. what am i doing wrong? 🙁
How many days a week should we include this workout for biceps and triceps?
You guys are amazing. I have been trying different workouts from different coaches but this is the first time I feel like I can be consistent with it. Have been doing it for 10 days in a row and will keep doing these workouts. I have a question though. As someone who wants to lose some fat and get leaner at the same time, which of your programs are the most recommended to begin with? I would appreciate your advice.
I did one of your old work arm work. I did don't weights behind my back were triceps Are I haven't arm work in two weeks now trying to keep myself busy with this virus.

I see visible difference
But i feel like due to practicing the same routine for a long time now my muscles have adapted to it
I can not increase the weights because i can not get new ones due to covid 19 lockdown.
