Resistance band workouts are perfect for beginners to advanced since the user can adjust the resistance by switching bands, using less length of a band , or a variety of other ways that we show you. This band workout was a ton of fun to do for us and we hope you enjoy it too! This workout does not have much downtime so it may be a great idea to scan through the video and see what you’ll be doing then go back through and do the workout with us.

Theres no warm up or cool down but there good exercises.

Hello, I’m enjoying your work outs here in London. If I may make a small critique, is it possible to have more explanation on the bands please? I love that you know your stuff but all the scientific explanation is a little lost on me as a beginner. I literally need put it like this…. put it on this foot now.
Can you add a cool down session to this program?

Just wanted to leave a comment and let you guys know how much I appreciate these videos. I’ve been watching your videos since quarantine started but I just bought the 12 week program. I’m on workout three tonight and I definitely feel the burn and I’m actually sweating. I feel like I’m noticing more with these resistance bands than I did at the gym. The only thing I struggle with is changing my handles during the 15 second breaks lol I think it’s a sign I need to buy the bands from you guys so I get the 4 handles. But yeah thank you guys so much

I started with your beginners workout earlier this week and thought I would give this routine a try to have another routine to mix it up with. Am now 100% dead.
Just invested in a set of pull up assist style resistance bands (loops), and these videos are changing the game for home workouts during the current pandemic. The only struggle I have is that because they’re loop bands with some of the workouts it’s hard to figure out where to step (on both sides of the loop, on one side of the loop with the other side dangling behind you/in front of you). The chest flyes are an example of the struggle with them. Though one positive is that having 2 sides of the loop to stand on I can alter the difficulty by standing on one or both depending on the workout. I also only have one set of handles so getting the handles off the loops and switching bands quickly is a struggle, but I just rewind anyway.
But just wanted to say I never thought a simple 20 minute workout could leave me sweating and sore, but all of your videos do the job! Thanks so much for sharing!
