This workout is best if you don’t use a kettlebell, but use a 2litre milk carton filled with water. If you get it wrong, you get wet 👍

Great workout – gets a nice sweat going in a short amount of time. Does anyone know why he goes for the straight arm sit up? I don’t really feel any burn in my abs doing it that way, so I’m assuming I’m doing it wrong?

Great workout routine! Dialed it up with 35 lbs for the lunges and 55 lbs for the squats and swings. Almost killed me;)))
