I sprained my back during the 22 reps and movement now is do painful. Not good when I have an active 1 year old to look after
To Pop: Since you are showing your shins, it would be nice to wear a nice thick-ribbed pair of white ankle socks about four inches from the show line. This would look better.

Love this workout BUT reps are all wrong when they count.
This is my favorite Kettlebell Workout. Have done this numerous times, and again today!
16 minutes into this workout I ended up dropping to kettlebell on my ankle, lucky it’s not broken just bruised and grazed but u know 😂🤦🏼♀️😭👙🌴😰
