I just found your channel and I want to thank you. I started Monday with Back and Biceps, Tuesday Chest and Triceps, today is legs and butt(I need a double knee replacement so I'll have to modify alot but I'm doing it), Thursday will be shoulders and Friday will be stretching and Abs.
After each workout, I'm doing 3 sets of 30 second planks. I will increase this time weekly by 15 secs.

I've lost 5 pounds since Monday!

I'm doing intermittent fasting eating from 11a-7a, I'm vegan so I just eat clean, vegan protein fruit smoothies and lots of green veggies and tons of water.

I'm very overweight, I'm a 5'10 woman starting weight of 250 Monday, I weighed in at 245 this morning. My goal first goal is 200. My final goal is 180. Once I get there I'll evaluate my body and if I look like I want, I'll maintain but one thing for certain….I'M NOT GIVING UP!

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I can workout from the comfort of my home and I feel accomplished!

Also: its 3 other ladies doing this with me. We appreciate the time you've taken to out this awesome channel together.
