Hi Jared, I have been doing the 21day challenge..Currently I am on day 11 ..kindly clarify my doubt..1)How many marches are we supposed to do for each one when we say 30marches? 2)How many seconds should we hold for each one when we say 30 stomach vaccums/bridge? I have found amazing result so far.I have been holding 30 seconds when it is 30 stomach vaccums for each vaccum,but takes nearly 2 hrs ,when I complete all this..Thanks

It's been over a decade and I still have the walls of pregnancy in my stomach it makes me sad and I am ready to committ to this everytime I exercise or look in the mirror I want to cry. My stomach is visibly seperated in 2 halves and my fat hangs off of it like that

Hello Jared ! First of all, thank you so much for making your program free to access! I have a 2 year old daughter and have been working out on and off since about 6 months post partum.. I have been consistent in the past month. I do about 15 minutes of brisk walking, light jogging and some weight training. I have diastasis recti and your video sounds very promising. I am going to jump right onto it. Few questions:
1. Are these exercises safe during periods?
2. How much walking/at what pace on the treadmill would you recommend with these exercises so that I can also see some weight/fat loss with this?
