Today’s workout is an upper body resistance band workout. I wanted to do a follow up video to last week’s lower body resistance band series. This way you can combine both the upper body & lower body workouts together on days that you have a little extra time, or looking for a full bodied workout.

If you don’t have resistance loops today you can always substitute in free weights or modify with no weights at all. Now, let’s get to our upper body series!
📝Upper Body Resistance Band Exercises
🔹Standing Series:
– Bicep curl + overhead press
– Shoulder Press + Open/Close @ Top
– Bent Rows- palms face down
– Tricep Press
– Supported Lunge w/ Row
🔹Kneeling Series:
– Alternating Pull Down
– Lat Pull Down: behind head & fwd.
– Open close 90 degrees: band @ forearms
– Kneeling Row + Side Raise + Combo
🔹Floor Series:
– Push-up R to L: band @ forearms
– Plank tap fwd & Side
– Supine Chest Press- palms face out
– Supine Overhead Pull Crunch
– Rolling Like A Ball- holding band
– Seated Bow & Arrow

Best thing ever for workout is resistance band set i love it so much. Its simple to use and you can do anything you want. Get one for urself at some store or at store where i get it trainhome shop (check on google) its great
