Dear Amy, I only just found out that I have an excessive anterior pelvic tilt and am working on correcting it. I also want to ontinue doing your workout but am concerned about targeting the right muscles. As it happens, I have been doing lots of strength training but still haven't been able to target the big muscle groups , back of the thighs, butt and core correctly. Partly because of ATP and slo because of hypermobility. Do you have any general recommendations on continuing to work out? Like maybe tucking the tail under a bit while holding the core tight? Would be very grateful for your advice. <3

How much does that kettlebell weigh? I went to a kettlebell workout, grabbed a 5 lb. kb instructed they used nothing less than 35 lbs. I existed that class.
