I worked out before my pregnancy. But because I have history of miscarriages, my husband don't allow me. And when i was 8w, i changed my bed sheet and there was spotting on my panty. So, iam worry to start work out again. Iam currently 13w. I miss working out.

I can see how this workout would be effective for some, but I have Severe Pubic Dysfunction and have been bedridden for two days after doing this workout. Turns out you’re not supposed to do asymmetrical exercises such as lunges with SPD. I had no clue until it was too late… just like they said at the beginning of the video, ensure you consult an expert before doing certain exercises!
