This is gonna be a good challenge
This is probably my favorite workout video of all time, made me laugh a lot and made the workout pass by smoothly. You guys are amazing, thanks for being big motivators in my weight loss and STENGTH GAIN journey! (Lost 25 lbs since quarantine started and built up a lot of MUSCLE!!) I remember the first time I worked out to one of your videos and my legs and arms were shaking afterwards, come a long way since then haha.
